Ludhiana (The Uttam Hindu): Panic spread in Ludhiana after three CBSE-affiliated schools in the district received bomb threat emails early in the morning. The messages, received around 7 a.m., warned that explosive devices had been planted on the school premises, creating fear among school authorities and parents.

After receiving the threats, the school management immediately alerted the police and local administration. Teams from the police, bomb disposal squad and dog squad quickly reached the schools and began a detailed search operation across the campuses to ensure the safety of students and staff.

Police officials said the incident is being taken very seriously and an investigation has been launched to trace the sender of the threatening emails. Authorities have urged people not to panic, assuring that security agencies are on high alert and the situation is being closely monitored.
