Councillor Paramjit Kaur Joins AAP Under the Leadership of CM’s OSD Rajbir Singh and Nitin Kohli

Jalandhar(The Uttam Hindu): Congress suffered a major setback in Jalandhar when the sitting councillor from Ward No. 23, Paramjit Kaur, along with her husband Harpal Mintu, bid farewell to the Congress party and joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s OSD Rajbir Singh and Jalandhar Central constituency in-charge Nitin Kohli played a key role in facilitating their induction into the party. On this occasion, Sunny and Chand from Ward No. 23 and Rahul Sharma from Ward No. 22 also joined the Aam Aadmi Party.
On this occasion, OSD Rajbir Singh and Nitin Kohli welcomed all the leaders who joined the party and assured them that they would be given full respect and important responsibility within the party.
After joining the party, Councillor Paramjit Kaur and Harpal Mintu said that they were highly impressed by the pro-people policies of the Aam Aadmi Party and the development work being carried out by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for the progress of the state.
They said that ordinary workers were not being heard in the Congress, whereas AAP is the only party that takes everyone along, irrespective of class or background.
Nitin Kohli said that the AAP family in Jalandhar Central is continuously growing and that the party is getting stronger for upcoming challenges.
