Hamirpur (The Uttam Hindu): In the 25th International Hindi Conference being organized by the famous organization 'Srujan Gatha' in Bali, Indonesia on 27 August, a prestigious award will be given to the well-known storyteller and novelist of Hamirpur, Rajendra Rajan. In this prestigious conference, Rajendra Rajan will be decorated with the 'Srujan Samman Award' given every year in the memory of the famous writer and thinker of Odia language, Sachchidanand Tripathi.


Rajendra Rajan, who retired from the post of Joint Director from Himachal Pradesh Information and Public Relations Department is being given this award for being an excellent storyteller and for the excellent editing of the literary magazine 'Iravati'. As a prize, he will be given cash, citation and memento. On the occasion of the Silver Jubilee year of the conference, the President of the conference, Dr. Savita Mohan will give this award.


Rajendra Rajan informed that he will be in Malaysia and Indonesia from 23 to 31 August to participate in the 25th International Hindi Conference and will present his story on 27 August. During this conference, the latest poetry special issue and memoir special issue of the literary magazine 'Iravati' will also be released.
