Manjinder Sirsa to Aman Arora: Apologize in 24 Hours or Face Defamation Case

Chandigarh(The Uttam Hindu): In a heated political standoff, Delhi Cabinet Minister and BJP National Secretary Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to Punjab Cabinet Minister and AAP Punjab President Aman Arora, demanding a public apology over alleged comments linking Sirsa to gangsters.
Sirsa warned that if Arora fails to apologize, he will file both defamation and criminal cases against him. In a press statement, Sirsa alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is circulating edited clips from his recent press conference in Chandigarh to distort facts and mislead the public.
He further claimed that the Bhagwant Mann-led AAP government in Punjab has turned the state into a "police state," where fake police encounters are being used to suppress the truth. Sirsa accused the government of misusing its power and warned officials involved in such activities of public exposure.
Sirsa also alleged that there are direct links between AAP leaders and individuals involved in the recent murder of businessman Sanjay Verma. He said the matter goes beyond personal insult and is part of a larger conspiracy to silence dissent and cover up criminal connections.
He concluded by stating that if Aman Arora does not issue a public apology within the given timeframe, he will file such a strong legal case that it will become a lesson for anyone posting "fake or edited videos" in the future.
