Meet Hayer Lauds Tanvi Sharma’s Milestone; PBA to Honour Tanvi, Radhika and Their Mother-Coach Meena Sharma

Barnala (The Uttam Hindu): In a landmark achievement for Indian sports,16-year-old Tanvi Sharma, a rising badminton star from Hoshiarpur, has etched her name in history by becoming the World No. 1 in Junior Women’s Singles. She also secured a silver medal at the prestigious U.S. Open, further elevating India’s status in global badminton.
Lauding her incredible success, Member of Parliament and President of the Punjab Badminton Association, Shri Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer congratulated Tanvi on her record-setting performance, calling it a "proud and historic moment for Punjab and India."
