Jalandhar (The Uttam Hindu): Punjab BJP leader Dhruv Wadhwa on Wednesday met BJP’s newly appointed National Working President, Nitin Nabin at the party headquarters in New Delhi and extended his heartfelt congratulations on the occasion. Wadhwa also wished him success in his new responsibilities.

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Wadhwa said that Nitin Nabin’s elevation is a shining example of the BJP’s strong organisational culture where dedication, hard work and ideological commitment are recognised and rewarded. “His rise clearly demonstrates that in the BJP, any committed party worker can reach the highest positions, irrespective of background,” he said.

Wadhwa added that such merit-based elevation is unique to the BJP, while most other political parties in the country continue to function on family-based dynastic politics. “The BJP stands apart as a cadre-driven organisation where leadership emerges from sustained grassroots work and organisational discipline,” he remarked.

Describing Nitin Nabin’s appointment as a significant moment for the organisation, Wadhwa said it reflects the party’s renewed focus on youth leadership, organisational experience and a forward-looking political strategy. He noted that Nabin’s political journey has been shaped by years of dedicated service within the party’s organisational framework.

“From student politics to holding key responsibilities in the BJP and the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Nitin Nabin has risen steadily through the ranks. He embodies the core values of the BJP i.e discipline, humility, strategic clarity and unwavering commitment to the party’s ideology,” Wadhwa said.

Wadhwa also expressed his gratitude to the party’s top leadership for taking what he described as a historic and visionary decision, stating that Nitin Nabin’s elevation would further strengthen the organisation and inspire lakhs of dedicated workers across the country.
