Mann Govt Takes Stern Action: Top Officials of 25 Punjab Jails Suspended
Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): The Punjab government has suspended 25 jail officials of the state, tightening its grip on corruption and criminal network spread in the jails. These officials have been accused of promoting corruption in the jails and being involved in illegal activities. The suspended officials include 3 Deputy Superintendents, 2 Assistant Superintendents and other jail employees.
