Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu) : Punjabi singer Rajveer Jawanda, who was the victim of a road accident, remains in critical condition. According to the latest medical bulletin, he remains on life support (ventilator) on the seventh day of treatment to keep his heart beating. Doctors have stated that Jawanda has suffered serious head and spinal injuries, which have affected his balance and the functioning of other organs.

The hospital has issued a total of six medical bulletins so far. Doctors say that no other organ in his body is functioning properly. Although the number of people praying and praying for him is increasing, doctors no longer have many treatment options left. His condition remains very critical. He continues to suffer from oxygen deficiency. An MRI of his spine revealed deep injuries to his neck and back. He has weakness in his arms and legs. Doctors say he may have to remain on a ventilator for a long time.

Doctors say he is on life support under the supervision of the critical care and neuroscience teams. His brain condition remains critical, with no significant improvement in his neurological condition. He is receiving medication to maintain proper heart function. Doctors said it's difficult to say anything at this time.

Following the accident, prayers are being offered in gurdwaras across the country for Rajveer's health. On Thursday, Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, Leader of the Opposition Pratap Singh Bajwa, his family members, and several Congress leaders and local representatives visited Fortis Hospital to pray for the artist's recovery and meet with his family.
