Three officers elevated to joint director and deputy director in PR department

Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): The Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) has cleared the names of three officers of Punjab’s Public Relations Department for promotion to higher posts.

According to official orders, Shikha Nehra has been promoted as joint director, while Narinder Pal Singh Jagdeo and Sher Jung Singh have been promoted as deputy directors in the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Punjab.

At present, Shikha Nehra and Narinder Pal Singh Jagdeo are posted as deputy director and Information and Public Relations Officer (IPRO) respectively at the department’s head office in Chandigarh. Sher Jung Singh is currently serving as District Public Relations Officer (DPRO), Amritsar.
