Truth has prevailed, Lies exposed - High Court grants major relief to AAP MLA Sarvjit Kaur Manuke

Chandigarh(The Uttam Hindu): The Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted major relief to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Sarvjit Kaur Manuke. The court dismissed the petition filed by NRI Amarjit Kaur, in which she had alleged that the MLA and her family had illegally occupied her house.

In the petition filed by NRI Amarjit Kaur, it was alleged that MLA Manuke had taken possession of her house located in Heera Bagh, Jagraon. In 2023, the opposition had raised this issue extensively in an attempt to defame the MLA and her family. The matter had become the center of discussion not only in Punjab but also across the country and abroad.

With the court dismissing the case and granting a clean chit to the MLA and her family, there is a wave of happiness among the people of the constituency, supporters, and Aam Aadmi Party workers.

On this occasion, MLA Manuke said that there may be delay in the house of God, but there is no darkness; the truth always prevails no matter how much false propaganda is done. She said that the opposition had conspired to defame her, but the Hon’ble Court has brought out the truth and delivered justice.

Thanking her party and the people of her constituency, Manuke said that as a daughter of a common family, she is dedicated to public service and will continue to stand firm on the path of truth and justice.
