New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The BCCI has made a special arrangement for 15-year-old batting sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi allowing his parents or a family member to accompany him on India's upcoming tour of England.

BCCI Secretary Devajit Saikia said the decision was taken considering Vaibhav's age and the fact that this will be his first overseas assignment with the senior Indian team. The board believes family support will help him adjust to the new environment and handle the demands of international cricket.

Vaibhav earned his place in the squad through a string of impressive performances, including a match-winning 175 in the Under-19 World Cup final and a stellar IPL 2026 season for Rajasthan Royals, where he scored 776 runs and won the Orange Cap.
