Fans throng Wankhede Stadium to see Messi as Sachin Tendulkar presents special gift

Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu) – Argentine football legend Lionel Messi arrived in Mumbai for the second leg of his India tour. At an event held at the Wankhede Stadium, Messi met several Bollywood celebrities and Sachin Tendulkar.

Sachin Tendulkar gifted his Team India jersey to Lionel Messi. It bore Sachin's autograph. Messi and Sachin posed for a photo together. Messi then gifted Sachin Tendulkar a football.

Earlier, Lionel Messi met India's star football player Sunil Chhetri. Fans thronged the Wankhede Stadium to witness the two meet. It was a dream-come-true moment for any sports fan when Lionel Messi and Sachin Tendulkar finally came face-to-face.
