Mother kills 6-year-old daughter in horrific crime, the reason will shock you
Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu) : A tragic incident has emerged in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai, that shames a mother's love for her daughter. Because her daughter couldn't speak Marathi, her mother killed her. Police have arrested the mother in connection with the case.
According to reports, a mother strangled her six-year-old daughter to death in Gurusankalp Housing Society, located in Kalamboli Sector 1. Furthermore, after the daughter's murder, an attempt was made to fabricate the story that she had died of a heart attack. However, based on suspicion, the police conducted a postmortem on the deceased girl, which revealed that she died due to a blockage in her airways. The police then rigorously interrogated the mother, after which the mystery of the girl's death was revealed.
According to police information, the husband, an IT engineer, lived with his educated wife in Gurusankalp Society. They married in 2017 and had a daughter in 2019. However, the six-year-old girl had speech problems since childhood. She spoke mostly in Hindi instead of Marathi, which constantly angered her mother. The investigation revealed that the wife would often tell her husband, "I don't want a child like her; she doesn't speak properly." The husband even tried to reason with her.
Finally, on the night of December 23rd, the mother decided to kill the child. That same day, the grandmother came home to visit the child, but she and the child were unable to meet. When the husband returned some time later, and the child did not wake up, everyone immediately took her to the hospital. There, a story was initially fabricated that she had died of a heart attack.
However, Senior Police Inspector Rajendra Kote of the Kalamboli Police Station found the death suspicious and requested a special post-mortem. The preliminary report indicated airway obstruction. Following this, the parents were rigorously interrogated. After approximately six hours of questioning, the mother finally confessed to strangling the child to death. Police have arrested the accused mother and initiated further investigation into this brutal incident. The investigation also revealed that the woman was undergoing treatment with a psychiatrist.
