Young man's dance turns fatal: 23-year-old collapses, dies on DJ floor; CCTV captures tragic moment

Faridabad (The Uttam Hindu): There is no guarantee when and where life will leave you. A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Faridabad, Haryana, which has stunned everyone. The joy of a party going on in D-Mart Mall, Sector 75, turned into mourning when a 23-year-old youth, dancing to the DJ music, suddenly died while dancing. The deceased has been identified as Devki Nandan, who was working in the same mall for the last four years.

The incident reportedly occurred around 9:15 pm on Sunday night. The company had organized an event for employees in the mall's basement. The atmosphere was celebratory, and all the employees were dancing to the loud DJ music. Devki Nandan was also happily dancing with his friends, but no one knew that this would prove to be his last dance. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed there. The footage clearly shows Devki Nandan dancing to the DJ when suddenly his steps falter and he falls to the ground. Watching the video, it appears that he likely suffered a heart attack, which did not even give him a chance to recover.

There was commotion as soon as the young man fell on the dance floor. Fellow employees rushed him to Sarvodaya Hospital in Sector 8 to save his life. But after examination the doctors declared him dead. Police reached the spot after receiving information from the hospital administration. Police took the body in their custody and kept it in the mortuary of the Civil Hospital for postmortem. Police say that the real reason of death will be clear only after the postmortem report comes. It is being told that the deceased Devki Nandan was originally a resident of village Maroli Gurjar of Surila police station area of ​​Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh.
