New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): If you're having trouble logging into a Microsoft service, you're not alone. Several Microsoft services suddenly went down, affecting users worldwide. The outage affected key services like Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, Word, Excel, and the Microsoft Store.

Many users reported failed logins and frozen dashboards. According to the website Downdetector.com, the cause was a major technical outage in Microsoft's Azure cloud service, which also affected other services like Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive.

According to reports, Microsoft 365 was down for approximately 9,000 users, while approximately 16,600 Azure users also experienced problems. The company stated on its Azure Status Page that "we are investigating an issue with the Azure portal, where some users are experiencing difficulty accessing it."
