ISRO seeks candidates for 44 positions, including Pharmacist and Technician roles; check how to apply

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has released a notification for recruitment to various positions, including Pharmacist, Technician-B, and Fitter. The application process for this ISRO recruitment began on October 24. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by November 13, 2025, by visiting ISRO's official website, isro.gov.in.

Through this recruitment process, ISRO will fill a total of 44 vacant positions. These positions include Fitter, Machinist, Electronics Mechanic, Lab Assistant, Pharmacist, and Technician-B.

Educational Qualifications and Age Limits

According to the notification, candidates applying for the positions of Machinist, Electronics Mechanic and Fitter must have passed the 10th standard. Additionally, they must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade. For the Pharmacist position, a Diploma in Pharmacy is required.

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to OBC, SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates as per government rules.

Selection Process:

According to the notification issued by ISRO, applicants for these various positions will be selected based on a written examination, skill test, and document verification. Candidates who pass the written examination will be called for a skill test.
