Patna (The Uttam Hindu): Ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections and Rahul Gandhi’s voter rights campaign, security agencies have received a major intelligence input that has sent shockwaves across the state. According to intelligence sources, three Pakistani terrorists linked to the Jaish-e-Mohammed terror outfit have infiltrated Bihar through the Nepal border.

The terrorists have been identified as Hasnain Ali (Rawalpindi), Adil Hussain (Umarkot), and Mohammad Usman (Bahawalpur, Pakistan). Photographs of all three suspects have been released, and a statewide high alert has been issued by Bihar Police Headquarters.

Entry Through Nepal Suspected

Sources reveal that the terrorists reportedly entered Nepal via Kathmandu in the second week of August and slipped into Bihar through Araria district last week. Security agencies fear that the group may be planning to carry out disruptive activities during the politically sensitive period.

State on High Alert

Although no official confirmation of the infiltration has yet been made, the Bihar Police has directed all districts and police stations to remain on high alert. Security forces have been ordered to intensify surveillance, activate intelligence networks, and monitor all suspicious activities.

The police have also appealed to the general public to remain vigilant and immediately report any suspicious movements or individuals. Officials warn that with elections around the corner, the threat cannot be underestimated, and every possible step is being taken to prevent any terror strike on Indian soil.
