Ambala (The Uttam Hindu): Popular Punjabi singer and actor Parmish Verma met with an accident during the shooting of his upcoming film Shera. The incident took place near a church in Ambala’s military area on Monday while filming an action sequence.

According to reports, a blank fire shot was aimed at the car during the scene, which caused the vehicle’s window glass to shatter. Parmish, who was inside the car at that moment, was injured when glass fragments struck his face.

He was immediately rushed to a private hospital nearby for treatment and later returned to Chandigarh after receiving medical care. Following the accident, the shooting of the film was temporarily halted.

Though there has been no official confirmation from the production team, Parmish himself reassured fans by sharing pictures of his damaged car window and shattered glass on Instagram. He wrote, “With God’s blessings, I am fine.” His post quickly went viral across social media platforms.

Shera, starring Parmish Verma in the lead role, is scheduled to release worldwide on May 15, 2026. The actor will be seen in a powerful avatar as the protagonist Shera.
