Murder Celebration on Wheels! Chandan Mishra’s Killers Seen Flaunting Guns on Bike in Viral Photo
Patna(The Uttam Hindu): In a shocking daylight murder, notorious criminal Chandan Mishra was shot dead inside Paras Hospital, Patna, on 17 July. Police have now recovered crucial CCTV images from the hospital premises. The pictures show three assailants riding a bike, waving guns, and appearing visibly elated—likely after executing the killing.
According to police, the primary shooter has been identified as Tausif Badshah, a contract killer from Phulwari Sharif with a long criminal record, including cases under the Arms Act. Investigators are probing whether this was an act of personal revenge or a contract killing.
Along with Tausif, several others have been identified as accomplices—Aqib Malik, Sonu, Kalu alias Mustakeem, and Bhindi alias Balwant Singh. SSP Kartikeya Sharma confirmed their identities and stated that raids are underway based on their locations.
Police sources suggest that Tausif might also have links to shooters operating in Uttar Pradesh and other states. Teams are now examining more CCTV footage to trace the attackers’ movement before and after the crime. The murder, which happened while Chandan Mishra was undergoing treatment, has raised serious questions about security lapses. Notably, five shooters were seen in the CCTV footage, with Tausif reportedly leading the gang.
