States Must Collaborate as 'Team India' to Fulfill Viksit Bharat Aspirations: PM Modi at NITI Ayog Meeting
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The 10th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog was held on Saturday . In the meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that we have to increase the pace of development. If the Center and all the states come together and work together like Team India , then no goal is impossible. He said that developed India is the dream of every Indian, India will develop only when every state develops. This is the aspiration of 140 crore countrymen, we have to accelerate the pace of development.
The theme of the 10th meeting is Developed India @2047 for Developed States. Through this meeting, discussions are being held with the central and state governments towards making India a developed nation in the coming 25 years. However, the Chief Ministers of many states have distanced themselves from this meeting. In the meeting, emphasis was laid on preparing an inclusive vision document at the local level with time-bound goals. Chief Ministers of 5 states did not attend today's meeting.
