Delhi-Ferozepur Vande Bharat Express to Hit Tracks on Nov 7, Slashing Travel Time to 6:40 Hours

Ferozpur(The Uttam Hindu): New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News): The schedule for the new Vande Bharat Express train, running between the national capital Delhi and Firozpur in Punjab, has been released. This Vande Bharat Express will operate from Firozpur Cantt to Delhi via Bathinda-Patiala, saving time and ensuring a comfortable journey for passengers.
On this occasion, Union Minister of State for Railways and Food Processing Industries Ravneet Singh Bittu said, "This is a matter of great joy. I want to thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Vande Bharat train will start running between Delhi and Firozpur on November 7th. I also want to congratulate the people of Punjab for this."
The Ferozepur Cantt to Delhi train will leave Ferozepur Cantt at 7:55 am and reach Delhi at 2:35 pm. Among the major stations, the Vande Bharat Express train will arrive at Faridkot at 8:23 am and depart at 8:25 am, arrive at Bathinda at 9:10 am and depart at 9:15 am, arrive at Dhuri station at 10:26 am and depart at 10:28 am, arrive at Patiala at 11:05 am and depart at 11:07 am, arrive at Ambala Cantt at 11:58 am and depart at 12:00 pm, arrive at Kurukshetra at 12:28 pm and depart at 12:30 pm and arrive at Panipat at 13:05 pm and depart at 13:07 pm.
On the other hand, the Delhi to Firozpur Cantt train will depart at 4 pm and reach Firozpur Cantt at 10:35 pm. Arrival at Panipat at 5:00 pm and departure at 5:02 pm, arrival at Kurukshetra at 5:17 pm and departure at 5:42 pm, arrival at Ambala Cantt at 6:30 pm and departure at 6:32 pm, arrival at Patiala at 7:13 pm, arrival at Dhuri at 7:56 pm, arrival at Watinda at 9:15 am and departure at 9:20 am and arrival at Faridkot at 10:03 am and departure at 10:05 pm for the last station Firozpur Cantt.
The Vande Bharat Express will operate six days a week between Delhi and Firozpur, except Wednesdays. The 486-kilometer journey between Delhi and Firozpur will take just 6 hours and 40 minutes.
