Newlywed Horror: Woman Chops Husband After 15 Days of Marriage With Axe Over Marital Demand

Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): A 27-year-old woman from Maharashtra's Sangli district brutally killed her 53-year-old husband Anil Lokhande. The couple got married just 15 days ago. "The couple had a fight on Tuesday night. On Wednesday night around 12.30 am, when Anil was sleeping, Radhika hit him on the head with an axe and he died on the spot.

According to media reports, the police said that the couple had a fight over having a physical relationship. In this fight, Radhika killed Anil by hitting him on the head with an axe while he was sleeping. This was Anil Lokhande's second marriage. His first wife died of cancer. He has two daughters from his first marriage, who are married. Anil, who was suffering from stomach disease, lived alone. On the advice of relatives, he married Radhika Ingle of Vadi village in Satara district on 17 May 2025, but this incident happened within just a month.
