Afghanistan's Foreing Minister delivers stern warning to Pakistan, sends message to US

New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News) - Afghanistan's Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi issued a stern warning to Pakistan from Delhi. He also sent a strong message to NATO countries, including the United States. He urged that no one should make the mistake of testing Afghanistan's courage. Advocating for better relations with India, he expressed hope for positive cooperation from all countries. Meanwhile, India further strengthened its friendship with Afghanistan by gifting five ambulances. India is planning to provide 20 such ambulances to Afghanistan.
"Afghanistan wants good relations with all countries based on Islamic principles. India has a golden opportunity to move forward on this positive path. We hope that a balanced policy will inspire others as well," Muttaqi said at a press conference in Delhi. He criticized Pakistan, referring to the recent border attack. He said, "The attack took place in remote areas of the border. We consider this action by Pakistan wrong. Issues cannot be resolved this way. We have kept the door open for dialogue. Pakistan should resolve its issues on its own."
Muttaki stressed, "Afghanistan is on the path to peace and progress after 40 years. No one should be bothered by this. We are a free country. We want the world to respect our freedom and our path to peace. Don't make the mistake of testing the courage of Afghans. Those who want to do this should ask the Soviet Union, America, and NATO. They can tell you that it is not right to play with Afghanistan." He made it clear that Afghanistan will not tolerate any military intervention or the presence of outside forces. It should be noted that there were reports that US President Donald Trump wanted to reopen Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan.
Muttaki's big statement on Chabahar Port
Muttaki called Chabahar Port an important route for trade between India and Afghanistan and advocated its opening. He said that India and Afghanistan should negotiate together to remove the restrictions imposed by America. He said, 'Chabahar Port is a good route. India and Afghanistan should work together to remove the obstacles, because America has imposed some restrictions. India and Afghanistan should negotiate together with America. Both the countries need to use this route. All trade routes should be open. If the route is closed, it harms the trade between India and Afghanistan.'
On this occasion, India once again demonstrated its friendly attitude towards Afghanistan. External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar handed over five ambulances to Muttaqi, which are part of a gift of 20 ambulances. Jaishankar wrote on the social media platform X, "Today I handed over five ambulances to Foreign Minister Muttaqi. This is part of a gift of 20 ambulances and other medical equipment, which reflects India's long-standing support to the Afghan people."
