Another Hindu youth brutally killed in Bangladesh, mob attacks and burns him alive

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Violence against the minority Hindu community in Bangladesh continues unabated. In the latest shocking incident from Shariatpur district, an enraged mob attacked a Hindu man, Khokon Das, and burned him alive. The 50-year-old victim died on the spot, sending shockwaves across the region.
According to eyewitnesses and media reports, Khokon Das was returning home when a mob surrounded him. He was first attacked with sharp weapons, then brutally beaten, and finally set on fire. The horrific incident has created an atmosphere of fear and panic in the area.
Fourth deadly attack on Hindus within a month
This incident is reported to be the fourth major fatal attack on members of the Hindu community in recent weeks. Earlier on Monday, a Hindu youth named Bijendra Biswas was allegedly shot dead by his own colleague. On December 24, a 29-year-old Hindu man, Amrit Mondal, was reportedly beaten to death by a mob in the Husaindanga area of Kalimohan Sangha.
Dipoo Chandra Das killed over blasphemy allegation
Prior to this, on December 18, a 25-year-old Hindu youth, Dipoo Chandra Das, was brutally killed by a mob in the Bhaluka area of Mymensingh. Reports claim that a Muslim co-worker falsely accused him of blasphemy, after which the mob killed him, hung his body from a tree, and set it on fire.
Human rights groups express concern
The repeated attacks have raised serious concerns over the safety of minorities in Bangladesh. Several human rights organizations have expressed deep concern over the incidents and have demanded strict and immediate action against those responsible.
