Tel Avil (The Uttam Hindu): Israel has carried out another major attack on the Gaza Strip. Five journalists of Al Jazeera News Channel have been killed in this attack. This attack took place near Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza city, where the journalists were staying in a tent set up for the press. The Israeli army targeted this tent and attacked.

Among them there were two reporters and three cameramen. After the attack, the Israeli army issued a statement regarding Anas al-Sharif. The army said that Anas was not a journalist but a Hamas terrorist. They claimed that Anas al-Sharif was the head of a Hamas terrorist group and he used to carry out rocket attacks on Israeli civilians and soldiers.

Israel said that it has documents that show that Anas al-Sharif worked for Hamas. This includes lists of terrorist training, salary records and lists of names. The IDF (Israeli army) also said, "Press identity card cannot become a shield for terrorism." On the other hand, Al Jazeera has expressed grief over the death of its journalists and said that all those journalists were busy in their work. The channel has described this attack as an attack on journalism. This incident is causing concern all over the world, as a big question has arisen on the safety of journalists in the midst of war.
