Heavy Bombing: Israel Launches Fierce Attack on Iran’s Nuclear Site

Tehran (The Uttam Hindu): Israel has attacked Iran's Arak heavy water reactor. Iran's state television channel gave information about this. The channel said that there is "no danger of any kind of radiation" after the attack and the center was evacuated before the attack. Israel had already warned this morning that it would attack the reactor and had asked people to leave the area.
Israel launched a major attack, dropped bombs on Iran's Arak heavy water reactor: The heavy water reactor located at Arak is 250 kilometers (155 miles) southwest of Tehran. Heavy water reactors are used to cool nuclear reactors but they also produce plutonium that could potentially be used in nuclear weapons.
Apart from this, Khondab also has an IR-40 heavy water reactor, which is another important part of Iran's nuclear program. This facility is about 40 kilometers away from Arak. Like Arak, it is also kept under international surveillance.
The war between Iran and Israel has entered its seventh day. So far, 24 Israelis have been killed. Meanwhile, a Washington-based human rights group has claimed that the death toll in Iran has now reached 639 and 1329 people have been injured.
