New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu)- An interesting sight was seen during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in China. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and other leaders were seen on one stage.


During the official welcome ceremony in Tianjin, these leaders were seen standing in a photo frame. Now this picture is rapidly going viral all over the world and political analysts have started searching for its meaning. It is being said that this one picture has given a strong message to other powerful countries including America.


Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri told in the press conference that in the meeting both the leaders emphasized that India and China are focused on their domestic development and in this process they should become partners and not rivals. They shared the consensus that differences should not turn into disputes and stable and friendly relations will benefit the 2.8 billion people of both the countries. He told that President Xi Jinping gave four suggestions to strengthen cooperation. To which Prime Minister Modi gave a positive response. Prime Minister Modi clarified that peace and stability in border areas is necessary for the progress of bilateral relations. Both the leaders discussed issues like mutual development, trade balance, fight against terrorism and increasing contact between people. They also agreed that India and China should work together towards the creation of a multipolar Asia.


During the press conference, Vikram Misri said that global issues were also discussed in the meeting between PM Modi and Jinping, both the leaders recognized the important role of India and China in increasing cooperation on multilateral forums and stabilizing world trade. Prime Minister Modi also invited President Xi Jinping to the BRICS summit to be held in India in 2026. Apart from this, both the leaders emphasized the need to find a mutually acceptable solution to the border dispute.
