Iran’s IRGC targets 8 gulf bridges after deadly strike on b1 bridge
After the b1 bridge strike, iran’s irgc has identified eight key gulf bridges as potential retaliation targets.

Tehran (The Uttam Hindu): Amid ongoing tensions in the Middle East, new claims have emerged regarding incidents involving Iran and the US and Israel. Iranian state media has alleged that US and Israeli attacks targeted a key bridge near Tehran, further escalating tensions in the region.
According to Iran's state-run Fars news agency, following the attack, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) identified approximately eight bridges in Gulf countries and Jordan as potential retaliatory targets. The report mentions major bridges in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. However, these claims have not been independently confirmed internationally.
Iranian media reported that some people were killed and several others injured in the alleged attack in Alborz province, where people were reportedly gathered for a public event nearby.
Meanwhile, there has been no official and detailed confirmation from the US regarding the incident. Various claims about the situation are being made based on videos and statements shared on social media.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that targeting civilian structures cannot put pressure on Iran and will only increase tensions.
Experts believe such claims and counter-warnings could further escalate instability in the region, and the international community is closely monitoring the situation.
