Khalistani Terrorist Arrested: Gurpatwant Singh Pannu's Security Officer Detained in Canada

Toronto (The Uttam Hindu) : Following the National Security Advisor-level meeting between India and Canada, action has been initiated against Khalistanis. Inderjit Singh Gosal, the personal security officer (PSO) of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, has been arrested. Inderjit Singh had become the main organizer of the US-based Khalistani organization Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) in Canada following the death of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in June 2023.

In early September, the Canadian government released an internal report acknowledging that Khalistani terrorist groups are active in the country and receiving funding to carry out terror attacks against India. The report cited groups like Babbar Khalsa International and International SYF, which are listed as terrorist organizations under Canada's Criminal Code.
