Ontario court bars media from reporting on trial of Arsh Dalla

Ontario(The Uttam Hindu): An Ontario court in Canada has restrained free flow of information pertaining to the trial of Arsh Dalla, a wanted Khalistani terrorist. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India had already branded him as a terrorist. Interestingly, this order was passed on the government's counsel's plea that sought banning media coverage under Section 517 of the Canadian Criminal Code.
