Plane Crashes onto Highway, Pilot and Passenger Killed in Inferno; Video Shows Destruction

Rome (The Uttam Hindu): A horrifying video of a small plane crash in Italy has emerged, in which the plane is seen falling as a fireball among moving vehicles on the highway. In this accident that happened on Tuesday, the 75-year-old pilot and 60-year-old passenger on board the plane died on the spot.

This incident took place on a busy highway in the Brescia province of Italy. In the video going viral on social media, it is clearly visible that a small plane suddenly falls from the sky like a kite on a highway full of vehicles and turns into a huge ball of fire as soon as it hits the ground.

The plane fell right in the middle of the vehicles on the highway, but luckily no one died in this accident except the two people on board. According to the report of 'The Sun', two car drivers passing by were injured in this incident, who suffered minor injuries and were discharged from the hospital after treatment. The deceased have been identified as a 75-year-old man (pilot) and a 60-year-old woman (passenger).

As soon as the accident was reported, several fire engines reached the spot and the fire was immediately brought under control. An investigation has been launched to find out the causes of this tragic incident. The Brescia public prosecutor's office has registered a case of culpable homicide in this case. An advisor from the National Flight Agency will also reach Brescia to assist in the investigation.
