The Delhi Police had submitted a 550-page report to the court on June 15, 2023, stating that no concrete evidence was found against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh during the investigation. The police also noted that the minor wrestler and her father had withdrawn their earlier allegations before the magistrate, leading to the recommendation to close the case.
