Three bodies found inside car in Delhi’s Peeragarhi, suicide suspected

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): There was a stir in the Peeragarhi area of the capital Delhi when the bodies of three people were recovered from inside a car parked on the roadside. The news of three suspicious deaths in the same car created a sensation in the area. As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot and started investigation. The deceased have been identified as 62-year-old Randhir, 42-year-old Shivnaresh and 40-year-old Lakshmi. Investigation has revealed that the car in which these bodies were found is in Randhir's name.


Suspected suicide, no injury marks found on the body

Initial police investigations suggest this case appears to be a mass suicide. According to police officials, no external injuries or signs of struggle were found on the bodies of the three deceased. Furthermore, a search of the car revealed their valuables intact. This makes it clear that this was not a murder committed for robbery or robbery. Based on media reports and the circumstances at the scene, it is suspected that the three died from consuming a poisonous substance.


Waiting for post-mortem report

The deceased, Randhir and Shivnaresh, were residents of the Ranhola area of Delhi, while the woman, Lakshmi, is said to be a resident of Jahangirpuri. After conducting a forensic examination of the car, the police took possession of the three bodies and sent them to a nearby hospital for post-mortem. Senior police officers are present at the scene and monitoring the case. Police say that only after the post-mortem report is received will the exact cause and time of death be determined, based on which further action will be taken.
