In the poster, guns and weapons are hung with ropes from the branches of a banyan tree and "Barota" is written in big letters below.

Recently, while speaking to the media, Sidhu Moosewala's father, Balkaur Singh Sidhu, discussed the new song and hinted that it could be released by the end of this year. The shooting of the song has also been completed. Following the singer's death in May 2022, songs like "SYL," "War," and "The Last Ride" were released, and "Niyal" and "Take Notes" were released in 2025. Now, his new song is ready for release, but a release date has not yet been revealed.

A controversy continues surrounding a documentary made this year on Sidhu Moosewala. The singer's family claims the documentary will tarnish their family's image and impact the singer's murder case. A court case seeking to block the documentary's release is still ongoing. The documentary covers Sidhu Moosewala's early life and his controversies, while the second part documents the years leading up to his murder.

Sidhu Moosewala was murdered on May 29, 2022, in Jawaharke village, Mansa district. The singer was gunned down by unknown assailants in the middle of the road. His death shook the political landscape of Punjab, as it was alleged that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang controlled the Punjabi music industry.
