All-faith prayer meet to be held on Om Prakash Chautala’s death anniversary

Sirsa (The Uttam Hindu): Karan Chautala, grandson of former Haryana Chief Minister late Chaudhary Om Prakash Chautala, said on Thursday that thousands of supporters, associates, and admirers from across Haryana and other states will gather on December 20 to pay tribute on his first death anniversary. The tribute event will be held at the memorial site located at Teja Khera Farm. He was speaking to journalists at the Teja Khera farmhouse in Sirsa.

Karan Chautala said that throughout his life, late Om Prakash Chautala continuously fought for the rights of farmers, labourers, the poor, and the working-class communities of Haryana. His policies, ideology, and people-centric decisions continue to serve as a guiding path for the people of the state even today.

He informed that an all-faith prayer meeting will be organised at the memorial site. According to him, Chaudhary Om Prakash Chautala was not a leader of any single community but was loved and respected by people from all sections of society. He always worked in the larger interest of society and ensured balanced development across every district of Haryana.
