Nutrition kits distributed to pregnant women in Kota under GAIL CSR initiative

Kota (The Uttam Hindu): GAIL India Limited distributed nutrition kits to pregnant and lactating women in Kota as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. The distribution event focused on improving maternal health, encouraging safe pregnancies and supporting proper nutrition for newborns. Senior company officials and district administration representatives were present on the occasion.

The nutrition kits were prepared with inputs from health and nutrition experts to ensure that expecting and new mothers receive essential nutrients during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Through this initiative, GAIL aims to support community health and address malnutrition among vulnerable groups. The programme reflects the company’s commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.
