Meanwhile, eight opposition members, including seven from the Congress and one from the CPI-M, have been suspended for the remainder of the session for indiscipline during the Budget Session. The suspended MPs include Gurjeet Singh Aujla, Hibi Eden, Dean Kuriakose, Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, B. Manickam Tagore, Dr. Prashant Yadavrao Padole, Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, and S. Venkatesan. The suspended MPs also protested in the Parliament complex, further intensifying tensions between the ruling party and the opposition during the Budget Session.
