New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): There was a commotion in Vasai area of Palghar, Maharashtra when a girl fell down from the 12th floor. The girl died in this accident. The video of this painful incident is also going viral on social media.

The name of the girl is said to be Anvika Prajapati. In the CCTV footage, it is seen that Anvika first comes out of the house, then her mother follows her. When the mother is closing the door of the house, at that time the girl is trying to wear the slippers lying nearby. After this, her mother picks up the girl and makes her sit on the shoe cupboard kept nearby. During this time, the girl stands on the shoe-cupboard and tries to sit on the edge of the window. But she loses her balance and falls down. All this happened in a few seconds.

As soon as the girl's mother understood what had happened, she shouted loudly and asked for help. People nearby came running and the girl was immediately taken to the hospital, where the doctors declared her dead. The police have registered a case of accidental death in this matter and the post-mortem report is awaited. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the area after the incident.
