Fake joining being orchestrated by Haryana Chief Minister: Anurag Dhanda
Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): National Media In-charge of the Aam Aadmi Party, Anurag Dhanda, has launched a sharp attack on Nayab Singh Saini, accusing the Haryana Chief Minister of allegedly orchestrating fake joinings in Punjab. He said that a Chief Minister holding a constitutional post should at least maintain the dignity of his office.
Dhanda alleged that due to the lack of a favorable atmosphere for the Bharatiya Janata Party in Punjab, youths are being brought from Haryana and presented on Punjab’s political stages as new party members. He said this is not only against political decorum but also an attempt to mislead young people.
He questioned the Chief Minister, asking whom he intends to mislead. On one hand, youths in Haryana are not getting adequate employment, while on the other hand, they are being used in political programs. He termed this as injustice to the youths of Haryana and an insult to the youths of Punjab.
Dhanda said there are several reasons for dissatisfaction among Punjab’s youth toward the BJP. He alleged that when Punjab was facing floods, the central government did not provide the expected support. He also said that the martyrdom of hundreds of farmers during the farmers’ movement has created deep resentment in the state, which people have not forgotten to this day.
He claimed that the youths recently shown joining the BJP on a Punjab stage are residents of Haryana. “The Chief Minister is from Haryana, the youths are from Haryana, and the program is in Punjab—this entire exercise reflects the Chief Minister’s desperation,” he said.
The Aam Aadmi Party demanded that the Chief Minister stop such political displays and focus on addressing the issues of youths in his own state. Dhanda said that the public is now aware and the truth behind any such alleged manipulation will continue to come to light.
