‘Papa sorry…’, suicide note found before three minor sisters jumped from ninth floor
Ghaziabad (The Uttam Hindu): A tragic incident has come to light in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where three minor real sisters died after jumping from the ninth floor of a residential building. The incident took place in Bharat City Society under the Tila Mor police station area. Before the incident, the sisters had written a suicide note, which has now been recovered by the police.
The three sisters jumped together from the ninth floor around 2 am, resulting in their death. They have been identified as Nishika (16), Prachi (14), and Pakhi (12). The family lives in Flat No. 907 of B-1 Tower in Bharat City Society.
Suicide note mentions ‘Papa sorry’
Police are trying to find out what exactly happened in the online game that allegedly led the three sisters to take this extreme step together. A one-page suicide note has been recovered. The note states, “Read everything written in this diary because it is all true… I am sorry, Papa.” An emoji showing a crying girl was also drawn in the note. However, the diary mentioned in the note has not yet been fully examined, and its details are still awaited.
Police are also examining the mobile phones of the girls, which may reveal more information related to online gaming activities.
Father’s pain after losing three daughters
Speaking to the media after the deaths of his three daughters, their father Chetan said he saw the last suicide note with the police, which only said, “Papa sorry.” With tears in his eyes, he appealed to parents to keep children away from excessive gaming. He said this incident has shattered his family and urged parents to stop children from getting involved in online games.
He added that he does not have complete information about the game involved and mentioned that a link had come from Korea. The mobile phones are currently with the police, who are expected to extract further details as part of the investigation.
