Due to this human error, the entire country is facing natural disasters, and planting more and more trees is the only solution, That is why the Punjab government has been working towards environmental protection since day one, and this is why the Green Punjab initiative has been launched. The Punjab Forest Department has created a new history by planting more than 12,55,700 saplings so far. This number is not just about trees and plants; it reflects our commitment to clean air, cool shade, and a healthy environment. Every sapling tells a story—of helping our cities breathe, protecting our agricultural land, and preserving the sanctity of the gardens established in the name of the Gurus.
