Rana Sodhi visits Dera Sachkhand Ballan on Guru Ravidas Jayanti, receives PM Modi, discusses Punjab issues
Jalandhar (The Uttam Hindu) : Senior BJP leader, former minister and in-charge of the Ferozepur Lok Sabha constituency, Rana Sodhi, visited Dera Sachkhand Ballan on the auspicious occasion of the 649th birth anniversary of Shri Guru Ravidas Ji and met with revered Saint Shri Niranjan Das Ji Maharaj and received his blessings. On this occasion, he said that the life of Saint Ravidas Ji paves the way for equality, brotherhood and humanity in society.
Received the Prime Minister, spoke about Punjab
Before this, Rana Sodhi also went to receive Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He greeted PM Modi on his arrival at Dera Sachkhand Ballan. On this occasion, while meeting PM Modi, he said that Punjab needs a strong and stable leadership today. Rana Sodhi said that only by forming a double engine government in the state, the lost glory of Punjab can be brought back. He also mentioned that at present Punjab is grappling with serious problems like unemployment, drug addiction and law and order. To take the state out of these challenges, it is necessary to form a government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
During this, Rana Sodhi also submitted a letter to the Prime Minister, in which he expressed his views regarding the issues and development related to Punjab.
