London: 14-year-old Sikh girl gang-raped; Sikh community protests outside accused's house to save the victim
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu) : A case has come to light in West London, England, where a Pakistani grooming gang lured a Sikh minor girl into a love trap and then sexually exploited her. The victim is said to be only 14 years old. It is alleged that the grooming gang first kidnapped the girl, then locked her in a flat and forced her to be raped by five or six men. The girl tried to escape, but was threatened and silenced.
According to media reports, as soon as the Sikh community in West London's Hounslow area learned of the incident, a large number of people gathered outside the accused's flat and began protesting. Gradually, other Sikhs became aware of the incident, leading to a growing crowd at the scene. Within a short time, more than 200 people had gathered, and the protest continued for several hours.
After this, everyone worked together to free the girl. The Sikh community alleges that such incidents of kidnapping and sexual exploitation of minor girls are increasing in West London. Two posts related to this case were also shared on the social media platform X by a user named David Earthton. It should be noted that this is not an isolated case. Girls are being kidnapped and exploited.
Sikhs participating in the protest say that Pakistani groomer gangs are active in the UK, kidnapping young girls and then raping them together. Several such incidents have been reported. London police are not taking any concrete action against them.
