Patna (The Uttam Hindu): Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly and RJD National Executive President Tejashwi Yadav on Tuesday strongly criticized the government over law and order. He even called Nitish Kumar a weak Chief Minister. Meanwhile, the RJD has now posted derogatory comments against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on social media, calling him a loafer and an old man.

What did RJD tweet?

RJD tweeted from its official handle on the social media platform X and made a controversial comment targeting Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. RJD said, "The old man from Bihar who holds a constitutional post and makes obscene remarks about women is a loafer."

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, speaking to the media, said, "Crime incidents are steadily increasing in Bihar. In particular, there are numerous incidents of gang rape of young girls. The death of a student preparing for the NEET exam has barely cooled down when a case of rape of a girl emerged in Darbhanga. Cases have been reported from several districts."

Taking the government to task, he said that the RJD is questioning the government on all these matters. Former Chief Minister Rabri Devi also raised this question in the House. Instead of answering these questions, the language used by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is inappropriate. Such language only further angers people. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said that instead of preventing and responding to these incidents, it is appropriate for a person holding the position of Chief Minister to make such statements to the government.

Such language should not be used against a former female Chief Minister. Tejashwi Yadav also raised questions about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's health and age. He said that Nitish Kumar is aging, and with age comes illness. He added that the Chief Minister has previously received treatment abroad.

He alleged that the Chief Minister's microphone was being turned off in the House. Earlier, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav had also written on the social networking site X, "When the effects of dementia and Alzheimer's worsen, a person becomes mentally disturbed, where you can only sympathetically wish for the patient's mental recovery. What would you say to a Chief Minister who calls the state's first female Chief Minister a 'girl' and repeatedly displays his narrow, negative, and flawed thinking about women?"

He further wrote that due to this mentality of the Chief Minister, incidents of rape of hundreds of girls, students and women of Bihar get encouraged every day.
