Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has given a big relief to the farmers. The government has waived off the farmers' loan of Rs 67.84 crore. During the program organized at the Golden Jubilee Hall of Guru Nanak Dev University, he distributed loan waiver certificates to 4727 farmers. This program is an important part of the state government's farmer welfare policy, under which loan waiver has been done to improve the economic condition of the farmers. This initiative has brought relief to thousands of farmer families of the state.

On this occasion, CM attacked the previous governments and said that Aam Aadmi Party collected money by closing loopholes, which made this relief possible. During this, CM Mann targeted Sukhbir Badal. CM said that they have kept religion in their pocket, sometimes remove this Jathedar, sometimes appoint someone. Sometimes pardon someone's punishment. But today's youth has understood. If the family asks to vote for someone, then the youth talk about voting on their own, that is why the nexus of two parties has broken in the state. CM advised Sukhbir Badal that he should sit at home now. People do not want to get service from him now. Sukhbir Badal mentions former Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal that he got the work of Punjab done. But, CM termed his statement as false and said that Akali government did not build any school, nor any college, the roads that were built, were also given on contract to private companies. His government closed the toll plazas, which were built during the Akali government.

CM Bhagwant Mann said that there were many loop holes in the previous governments. By closing them, the Aam Aadmi Party government is collecting money. This is the reason why farmers' money is being waived off today. Today, Rs 67.84 crore of 4727 families has been waived off and this process will continue in future as well.
