Chicago (The Uttam Hindu): A shocking and dramatic scene unfolded on the streets of Chicago, USA, on Sunday when a cyclist eluded several US Border Patrol agents in a film-esque manner. A passerby captured the entire incident in the heart of the city on camera, and the video is now rapidly going viral on social media, drawing ridicule from the agents.

In the viral video, a cyclist can be seen surrounded by agents. He repeatedly shouts, "I am not a US citizen." His phone falls from his pocket. An agent tells him, "Your phone has fallen." As the cyclist stops to pick it up, agents rush to catch him, but the man quickly gets on his bicycle and speeds away, while the agents simply stare.

As soon as the video went viral, people started trolling the Border Patrol agents. One user wrote, "This should be scary, but how come 20 people together couldn't catch a cyclist?" Another user jokingly wrote, "This is the result of wearing such heavy paramilitary equipment. It's so heavy that you can't even run away."

This incident comes at a time when Chicago has intensified its campaign against illegal immigrants. Fox 32 reports that a large number of Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have been deployed in busy tourist spots like Millennium Park, Riverwalk, and Michigan Avenue. The goal of these agencies is to identify, arrest, and deport illegal immigrants. As part of this campaign, actions are being taken at various locations across the city, which some organizations are protesting.
