Mohammed Shami’s Wife Haseen Jahan Booked for Attempted Murder After Violent Clash With Neighbours, Watch Video
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami’s wife, Haseen Jahan, has been booked for attempted murder along with her daughter Arshi following a violent clash with neighbours. The incident took place in West Bengal, where Haseen Jahan has been living separately with her daughter due to her ongoing marital dispute with the cricketer.
According to reports, the confrontation erupted over an alleged attempt by Haseen Jahan and her daughter to occupy a piece of land. When neighbours opposed the move, the argument quickly escalated into a physical fight. A video of the brawl went viral on social media, showing Haseen Jahan scuffling with another woman.
Police later registered a case of attempted murder against Haseen Jahan and her daughter Arshi and have started an investigation.
Haseen Jahan was previously married to Sheikh Saifuddin, from whom she has two daughters, including Arshi. Later, she married Mohammed Shami, and the couple shares a daughter named Aira. Recently, the Calcutta High Court directed Shami to pay ₹4 lakh per month as maintenance to Haseen Jahan and Aira. This latest controversy has once again brought the cricketer’s troubled personal life into the spotlight.
