Woman Climbs Tower in Motihari, Refuses to Go to In-Laws' House

Motihari (The Uttam Hindu): Generally married women consider their in-laws' house as their own and live there and decorate their house and make their life beautiful, but a strange case has come to light on Saturday in Harsiddhi police station area of ​​East Champaran district of Bihar, where a woman climbed a high tower demanding 'I will not go to my in-laws'. After this, a situation of chaos arose in the area.

In fact, a woman from Harsiddhi Bazaar, adamant on not going to her in-laws' house, suddenly climbed a mobile tower in the market on Saturday and started creating a ruckus from there. As soon as the girl's voice echoed, a huge crowd gathered in the market. People kept pleading with the woman to come down but she was adamant that she would not go to her in-laws' house. When some people climbed the tower and tried to bring her down, she started threatening to harm herself seriously. As soon as the information was received, Harsiddhi police station also reached the spot.

After this, the police succeeded in bringing the woman down from the tower after a lot of effort. The police is now interrogating the woman. It is said that the woman has also given birth to a child 10 days ago. According to the information, the said woman was married last year with great pomp. After the marriage, like other brides, she was also sent off. After a few days, when she returned to her maternal home, she has been living there since then. She does not want to live in her husband's house i.e. in-laws' house.

The dispute among the family was deepening due to this. It is said that a panchayat of the society was also held regarding this, but the woman is not ready to go to her in-laws' house. A police officer said that at present the woman has been safely brought down from the tower and she is being questioned. The true matter can come to light only after the interrogation.
