Washington (The Uttam Hindu): US President Donald Trump has strongly condemned the murder of an Indian citizen in Texas. Reacting to the incident, he promised to prosecute the accused 'to the fullest extent of justice'. The killer will be 'charged with first-degree murder'.

US President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social, "I am aware of the horrific news regarding the murder of respected man Chandra Nagamallaiah in Dallas, Texas. In front of his wife and son he was brutally beheaded by an illegal alien from Cuba who should never have been in our country." He also blamed the previous Biden administration for releasing the murder accused. Trump said, "This man was previously arrested for crimes like child sexual abuse, car theft but was released back to our homeland under the tenure of the incompetent Joe Biden because Cuba did not want such an evil man in their country. Rest assured, the time of going soft on these illegal immigrant criminals under my regime is over."

On September 10, 41-year-old Nagamallaiya was brutally attacked and beheaded at a motel in Dallas, Texas. Following the incident, police arrested 37-year-old Martinez. He faces serious charges of beheading Nagamallaiya and leaving it in a trash can. A disturbing video that surfaced on social media showed Martinez chasing and attacking the victim with an axe. The video showed that the accused beheaded Nagamallaiya. Then kicked the victim's head in the motel parking lot and threw it in a trash can. Meanwhile, the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has begun the process of 'removing' the attacker from the country. DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughley also accused the Biden administration of allowing undocumented immigrants into the country.

“This gruesome and barbaric murder of a victim at a motel was entirely preventable had this illegal alien not been released into our country during the Biden administration,” he said. According to DHS, Martinez was in ICE Dallas custody at the Bluebonnet Detention Center until he was released on a supervision order on January 13, 2025, under the Biden administration.
