'I Love Someone Else,' Bride's Confession at the Mandap left Groom Shocked!

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): A shocking incident has come to light in Hassan district of Karnataka, where the bride said in the mandap that she loves someone else before wearing the mangalsutra. After which the girl's boyfriend came and took her away in a filmy style.

Actually, the wedding rituals of Pallavi of Buvanhalli village of Hassan and Venugopal of Alur taluk were going on. The wedding rituals were going on here and in the middle of these rituals, when the groom was ready to put the mangalsutra on his bride, he flatly refused to marry her. Before everyone present on the stage could understand anything, the bride remained firm on her decision and said that she loves someone else. She also said that she wants to spend her life with the same boy. The girl's family members tried to convince her a lot and the relatives also tried to convince her. But the girl remained firm on her decision. In front of the guests, the groom kept staring at her with the mangalsutra in his hand and the bride locked herself in a room on this stubbornness.

As soon as the matter escalated, the police reached the spot. After talking to the girl, the police called her boyfriend to the spot. After both of them agreed, the police discussed with their families and then brought the girl to the police station with full security. The girl has stated that she is mentally very stressed and is not ready for any decision right now. After recording the statement, the police sent the girl to her grandmother's house. When Venugopal came to know about this, he said, 'If the girl does not want this, then I will also not do this marriage.'
